Scheduling Your Private Event:

  • Complete this form  to provide the details of your event.  We will respond within 3 days.
  • Select a painting, glass or other design from our gallery.  All guests will create the same design on the day of the event.
  • Decide if you would like your guests to self register and pay on our registration system, or if you will be paying for the event yourself.
  • Submit a deposit 50% of the registration costs based on the estimated minimum number of guests at registration.  The remaining balance will be collected 1 week prior to the event depending upon size of group and form of payment.  Invoices can be generated from our registration system and you can pay by credit card or send a check.
  • Private parties can be scheduled anytime during the day or evenings depending on venue availability.

  • You select the painting of your choice!
  • We supply the artist and all of the painting supplies!
  • We set up and clean up all painting related materials!
  • You provide the snacks and beverage of your choice!

What is required at the Party Venue:

  • Tables and chairs must be provided.  A minimum of 30″ wide and 18″ deep is needed per painter.
  • The location should have adequate lighting, access to water and a dedicated trash can.
  • We provide table cover and aprons.
  • We bring all painting related supplies.
  • We can come to your home, club house, hall, bar or restaurant within a 12 mile radius of Newark, DE.
  • A travel fee of $.55 per mile is charged for venues outside of our 12 mile radius.
